Yes you can! You can sue any one for any thing frivolously if you choose! That being said if she passes intestate, the probate code would dictate that spouse then children are the primary beneficiary, if she had a will dictating that her offspring are to be bequeathed nothing you could attempt to prove she was not in her right mind at the time the will was drafted, but finally you should realize it takes a real F*ck head to Sue the woman who gave you life!
Yes. You can sue as long as you have a valid complaint against the executor.
If you mother put it in her name, it is hers and not part of your mothers estate. It is not your inheritance. You can sue your half sister claiming your mother didn't want to do that and was coherst into doing so. But if your mom is still alive and is in her right mind and defends what was done, then I believe your out.
you get them from your mother and father :)))))
What??
You can sue but its highly unlikely you'll win.

A spouse does not have any right to a mother in laws inheritance unless they are named specifically in the ill. You could contest the will with an attorney but you probably wouldn't win.
