Can you sue someone for not giving you a guaranteed refund which was for about 150pounds i have already sent the item back but havent heard anything its been 2 weeks?

Yes go to your local court fill out a form for a CCJ county court judgement, pay a fee (small sum and you get it back when it is served on the person who owes you ) then wait until it is served and hopefully you will get the money back. When its over £500 you would get a bailiff to serve after 21 days if they did not pay, you cannot do this under £500 though they might pay as you will put the ccj on their credit history.
