You might be able to under the infliction of emotional distress theory. The scope of this theory is different from state to state. For example some states may require that distress has to be so severe that it caused a physical injury, like a heart attack or shock. Others may not require a physical element, but allow the suit just for the mental anguish alone. Emotional distress as a tort is relatively new and the rquirement for a physical component was made to have some objective indication that there really had been severe emotional distress. Otherwise, anyone could bring a phony lawsuit alleging an injury that no one could see objectively. If you have not contracted herpes but are emotionally distressed at having been exposed to it in that way, you might be able to sue as long as your state has a liberal theory of the tort of emotional distress.
This is actually not a simple question. Assuming you are talking about a sexual partner, knowingly failing to disclose an STD may be an actionable tort. A number of these suits have been filed with varying outcomes in varying jurisdictions.
Yes. Herpes is a disease, not an infection. It does not go away, it may be treated but not cured entirely. Even if there is no physical evidence, you still have it.
Herpes can only be passed through direct skin-to-skin contact with the infected area such as kissing, intercourse, genital-to-genital rubbing, vaginal intercourse.Herpes (both oral & genital) can be spread even when there are no symptoms or sores. This is called asymptomatic shedding. In case you have herpes, I recommend you to watch the #1 way to get rid of herpes Permanently - many.link/NewHerpesCure

No it does not have to be someone telling you to do something. You can be affected by peer pressure by just wishing or wanting to be like someone else, even though they've not personally told you to be like them.

i dont think anybody knows except maybe him i wouldn't think he does but im still not sure why you would even ask that question

Facial herpes, or cold sores, is caused by herpes simplex virus. Chickenpox is caused by varicella zoster virus. You can't get chickenpox from someone with facial herpes unless they also have chickenpox.
