No. Fingernails are made of a protein called keratin, and contain no carbohydrates or other nutrients that your body can metabolize to produce energy. However, even if fingernails were made of pure sugar, they grow far too slowly. The amount you'd be able to eat each day wouldn't be nearly enough to sustain you.
