180 kilos

Yeah for sure!!! Engine mounts are the same, tail shaft should have same yoke on gearbox, all in all a pretty straight forward swap!! only thing that may not line up could be the radiator hose connections - may have to modify it with longer hoses ( bottom) and turn the top thermostat housing around 180 Good luck with it!! The entire thermostat housing form the original engine will swap directly across, the bellhousing pattern is the same and if needed it will accept the flywheel from the red motor. Keep the blue motor manifold and carbie and exhaust. Dont bother with a holley, with alot of tuning you might get 1-3 more HP you will lose economy, and midrange... and cold starting Water pumps will swap over but the water pump pulleys have to stay with their respective pumps and fans.
The torque settings are very specific in this vehicle. You can find out more about them in your users manual.
My guess is 127
Why Is the fan is not running fast enough to cool down the motor? On A Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 202
The VK commodore was available with two 6cyl engines, the traditional 3.3 (202) carburetter model and a 3.3 efi engine which was fuel injected and was only released with the vk as it was replaced by the Nissan engine in the vl. There was also 2 v8 engines on offer, then standard 5ltr v8 and the sports V5H 5ltr engine. So a base vk will have a carbie 202 as standard.
202 is what my 1969 55 is
