It would be highly unlikely to die from this combination unless there were extenuating circumstances such as a drug allergy or underlying medical condition. If a person takes that combination under the assumption that it will cause their death, even though it did not, they should still seek the counsel of someone they trust regarding any suicidal thoughts they may have.
