Can you take Ativan and Ritalin together?
Some people are able to take Ritalin and Excedrin together, some are not. Several different formulations of Excedrin (Excedrin Extra Strength, Excedrin Migraine, Excedrin Back & Body) have three different ingredients: Acetaminophen (Tylenol) Aspirin (a non-steroidal-anti-inflammatory) Caffeine (one dose = 2 tablets = 2 cups of coffee) Ritalin is a stimulant medication. Some people will be able to handle taking Ritalin along with extra caffeine in their diet (on top of any caffeine-based drinks they already intake - coffee, soda, Red Bull and other various energy drinks). Always speak to your doctor. Note: There is always the option of matching whatever dose of acetaminophen and aspirin you would be taking from the Excedrin, and leaving out the extra caffeine.

Yes, it definitely ok to take ativan before a cortisone shot. My neurosurgeon prescribed me 2 x 1mg ativan to take before my cortisione shot in my spine. No danger at all. All it will do is relax you but don't drive after, you have to be accompanied by someone and driven home in case it hits you a little more than you thought it would.

Can you take excedrin and benadryl together?
Only if you stay within the recommended dosage. They both contain diphenhydramine. Excedrin PM you can not exceed 2 per night(or in a day) and if you were to take benadryl with it you would be exceeding the recommended dosage. If you took 1 of each in a day you would be OK. I was taking 2 Excedrin PM per day along with 2-3 Benadryl and my eyes became extremely dry and it was hard getting through the day. Once medications stopped eyes slowly started to get better. This is only a minor complication though. There are serious side effects if the dosage is not followe.
