Answer: Now I'm kind of unsure as to what exactly you are asking here.... If you are asking is there such thing as a dosage that is exactly 45 mg in one pill of Adderall XR, than no(there is only 5,10,15,20,25,and 30 mg of Adderall XR) If you are asking if you can take 45mg of Adderall XR recreationally (without a prescription or to get high) then sure you could....if you want a heart attack. Starting out at 45mg especially on Adderall XR is like asking for cardiac arrest. The most I have done is 30mg, and that will make your heart pop out of your chest.((Note: I have Adderall prescribed to me ))Its the highest recommend dosage although some doctors prescribe two different dosages (for example 30mg and 5 mg, or 30mg and 10 mg.) That however is really uncommon, but who knows they give Adderall out to kids like candy. Now if your doctor has given you a prescription for 45 mg of Adderall (like 30mg, and 15mg together) then I'm pretty sure you can take it. Again, if its not prescribed to you than please do not try it. It is a pretty cheap high considering the damages it can cause through addiction and withdrawal. hope this helps, Megan. *******

People tell me that 3 30mg tid is alot not realy trust me i was a downer person how can they say 40mg and 60mg they dont do that with pain meds bullsh$t i know a guy that is percribed 9 80mg oc oxy a day do know that is like well gov heir
