There is no such thing as 54mg tablets or capsules of Adderall. There is 54mg capsules of Concerta, another common ADHD medication, which would wear off anywhere from 6-10 hours depending on the person. 4 of them is most likely too many and could potentially be toxic depending on the person as well.

Yes, there is no problem in taking those 2 drugs together. If you get drowsiness with Zyrtec, this might be enhanced in taking it with Flexeril, but it is quite rare to get sleepy with Zyrtec (but this is a major side effect of Flexeril).

I have been on this combination for a year now (10 mg Lexapro, which I just upped to 20 mg) and 36 mg of Concerta. I can't see any large side effects to taking both together, except perhaps excess sweating. Take Concerta in the morning only, especially if you have trouble falling asleep at night.

That is something you should speak with your DR or pharmacist about. Assuming you have no other conditions that Tylenol PM or Flexoril will interfere with the short answer is yes. I have done it and lived to tell.

yes, but the strength is much much weaker. in order to get the proper effect you should take 10-20 times the recommended dosage. this is perfectly o.k. to do.

Concerta contains methylphenldate just like Ritalin but in a special hard capsule that delivers the first 22% of the dosage from its dissolvable coating, the remaining 72% is slowly pushed out of a lazer drilled hole in the top of the capsule in a toothpaste like form over a 10 to 12 hour period by the expanding action of an osmotic sponge in the bottom of the capsule, then the empty capsule is later expelled in your stool/poop. The design of the hard capsule has two purposes A- To give a stable controlled dosage over a greater period of time B- To make the medication more difficult to abuse and increase safety. C-To double the cost of the medication (OK that's just me complaining) Blood volume, brain chemistry and metabolism are the basic determining factors for what dose is ineffective, effective or "high". Concerta is available in 18mg, 27mg, 36mg, 54mg and 72mg extended release capsules. Seriously though, I am an adult that struggles daily with ADD, I have a legitimate prescription for Concerta and take it daily to help with symptoms, my current 36mg dose has become ineffective over time and my doctor will be very reluctant to up my dosage to 54mg because of abusers looking to get high, so smarten up, you are making things more difficult for people that really need this stuff.
Can you take skelaxin with xanax?
Yes, you can take whatever you want. Now, SHOULD you take them together is the question you want the answer to. I am no doctor, but have been on xanax for over 10 years now. During this period I have had to take musle relaxers three times. Twice it was skalaxin and once it was flexeril (of the two, I found flexeril a little more effective). The only danger is that they are both CNS depressents, but as long as you don't take too many of either then they most certainly can be taken together. Source-- Been There, Done That.
