Levothyroxin sodium has the potential to be contraindicated with Adderall, if nothing else for the fact that levo has a common side effect of cardiac palpitations. Anything else that could make the heart beat irregularly isn't the most brilliant of drug combinations. With that said, you're more than likely fine to take both, especially if you're in tune and used to the levothyroxin. The way I see it is this: If Adderall makes you focus more than you'd be more inclined to feeling anxious, since you would be concentrating more. It also has the tendency to increase your heartrate.
