I don't know medically/scientifically what the correct answer is. I do know that I did it once. Not at the same time; milk thistle earlier in the day and clonazepam at night. (Was detoxing from mild opiates, several days in) It was one of the worst nights of my life with racing heart, terrrible nightmares (although I didn't actually feel like I was sleeping). I have taken both separately with no issue, the only difference that night was having taken both the same day, so I can only conclude that it was the combo.
Highly recommend against it.
