Pharmacist would not recommend it. With the benadryl and Tylenol mixed can cause serious drowsiness and it is way too much Tylenol at one time your talking close to 650mg per darvocet tablet not to metion the Tylenol content of the P.M. It will put you to sleep for sure but its not healthy and you wont feel good at all the next day

∙ 15y agoDarvocet contains Propoxyphene (a narcotic) and acetaminophen (Tylenol). Depending on the the strength prescribed it may have as much as 650 milligrams of acetaminophen. Dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 1000 milligrams every 4-6 hours and should not exceed 4000 milligrams in a 24 hour period. Doses above this may cause serious liver damage/death. If in doubt ask you pharmacist or MD because they know what is appropriate for you specifically.

It is also safe to take ibuprofen with the propoxyphene which is the main ingredient in Darvocet.
