Yes. Effexor is an antidepressant and antianxiety, and Diclofenac is an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug). These two meds can be taken together, but while on the Diclofenac, do not take any other NSAID's, unless instructed by your doctor to do so. Your pharmacist can also advise you on this, as well as any other meds you may be taking.
