Yes, that is actually what I take to help with my back problems.
1.Ratio-Oxycocet - which is the brand name for:
OXYCODONE HCL/ACET A5/325
and
2.Naprelan 500MG - which is the brand name for:
NAPROXEN SOD 500MG
But like with everything, you should always consult a doctor. You never know what side effects it may have on you (Example: Allergies).
yes, I wen to my doctor today and he gave me Naproxen 500 because of my neck pain. He knows i take 1500mg of keppra. so I think it shouldn't be a problem.
you shouldn't but you can every now an then just don't make a habit of it its really not the best idea
they are the same Naproxen 500tev is manufactured by TEVA Pharmaceuticals
Ibuprofen and Naproxen are the same thing, both an hormonal, anti inflammatory and are the same active drug but in a slightly different form Naproxen being moderately stronger. Vicodin has AP in it generally in the 320-750 range which is very similar to the active In Naproxen, but it has Hydrocodon which is the narcotic, which is an opiate and a strong one at that, this giving the "narcotic Affect". You will not have similar affects taking The two together any where near Vicodin, and i would be very careful with taking them together low dosages 500 Naproxen and 400-600 Ibuprofen is the max and defiantly not good for your stomach make sure you take food to reduce damage.
You can get Naproxen in several differnet dosages. 200, 500 and 800 for exmple. Also, Naproxen sodium is kind of the same thing but the milligrams are equavalent - I've heard - to 220, 520 and 820. Naproxen is the active ingredient , i beleive, in Aleve which you can get over the counter.
I am not a doctor nor a pharmacist, so my answer is entirely from experience with the two drugs. Naproxen 500 is WEAK in comparison to oxycodone 500. Naproxen if anything is more of a anti inflammatory, oxycodone can get you "high", naproxen not so much.
yes you can i have back pain and going for x rays tomorrow and temporary my doctor gave me 500 mg of naproxen and 10g of baclofen.
No it will not get you high. this is Aleve
Yes that would be fine, but you may want to just take more of the codeine. Just look at the prescription, these drugs usually come with 325 or 500 mg of acetaminophen, or the second number (ex, 5/500 APA the first number is the mg of Codeine and the second is the acetaminophen content. Don't exceed 3000 mg of acetaminophen as this is very hard on the heart and liver!
Naproxen is NOT an antibiotic, it is an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug). Used to reduce inflammation, commonly from some form of Arthritis, or muscle pain, also sometimes used for period pain.
If that is how they are prescribed. However if the prescription says to take one at a time, it isn't.
Naproxen is a anti-inflammatory drug It works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body.Naproxen is used to treat pain or inflammation caused by conditions such as arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, bursitis, gout, or menstrual cramps.Drugs.com is alot of help when your not sure what a med ishope that helped
