Yes. According to the Tamiflu prescription information:

TAMIFLU has been shown to have a minimal chance of negatively interacting with other medications. Over-the-counter medications may be prescribed to reduce severity of symptoms while the antiviral action of TAMIFLU takes effect.
Antibiotics and Tamiflu should be OK taken together, however, depending on the reason for the antibiotic, you may want to get counseling from the Pharmacist or your doctor before using both.

Yes, there are no drug interactions between these two types of medicine listed in the drug literature. If you have been prescribed both by the same doctor, then they can be taken safely with each other. However, antibiotics like Amoxycillin only help bacterial infections and Tamiflu only helps viral infections. So if these medicines were not prescribed specifically for you for the current illness by the same doctor, you should be sure to tell both doctors that you are taking both medications. Some antibiotics are sometimes given when you have the flu to treat or prevent a secondary infection by bacteria, such as bacterial pneumonia.

There aren't any interactions, but do you have the flu and an infection, or are they just trying to make you feel better and they aren't sure what it is, so they gave you both?
