Rabeprazole/aciphex is compatible with any medicine metabolized by the Cytochrome P450 enzyme (CYP450). These medications include theophylline, warfarin, diazepam, phenytoin, acetaminophen/paracetamol/tylenol and codeine. Aciphex users should not take aspirin/ASA or ibuprofen/advil.
