Yes, you can take them together. However, I am going to give you my famous Xanax speech, which you have heard if you ever came into my pharmacy.
There is only one way to CURE anxiety, and that is with therapy. Xanax does not do anything but cover up your symptoms for a little while. I encourage you to get therapy and CURE that anxiety instead of having to take pills.
