For common drug interactions, visit:

http://www.drugdigest.org/DD/Interaction/ChooseDrugs/1,4109,,00.html

There, you can "plug in" different drugs and find out if there are any known interactions.

You really need to ask a pharmacist to be sure. Don't gamble with drugs, drug combinations or your health. Call your local drug store. They'll be glad to assist.

Addition: When I took Accutane, they told me the last thing I should take would be a mood booster.

As a pharmacist I would be very skeptical of a prescriber who wanted to use 2 antidepressant medications from the same drug class which share an identical mechanism of action (both are called SSRIs). Unless the physician has you tapering off one and starting the other. It is my opinion, which many others would share, using both of these medications together is not appropriate drug therapy for managing either anxiety or depression. There are far better options to discuss with a Doctor Who understands the drugs they are prescribing. You should first discuss any change you decide to make with your doctor. I will say if you are currently taking both to not get too alarmed. There is always risk, but you are likely in no acute danger if you are currently taking both medications.

Yes you can. I was taking it awhile ago, and I'm actually thinking about getting back on them. Personally for me, they worked really good together. I dont remember the exact doses i use to be on but I was on Zoloft and a few other drugs at first and then we tried the Zoloft and Lamictal combo and it worked great for me. The only reason I stopped taking them was because i thought i didnt need them anymore because I was feeling so great and just thought that maybe "I grew out of my depression/bi polar". (i was in high school at the time) and thought that maybe I didnt need it anymore once i graduated and that maybe my brain chemistry would level out now that i was older. But I dont think you can really "grow" out of being bipolar. Anyway hope that helped.

I took Zyrtec and Zoloft together and had extreme fatigue so bad that I was dizzy and couldn't stand up. Probably not a good idea.
