no cause i dont know what that means,

(new person answering) If you mean the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, then I don't want to sound snide, but if you're smart enough to go there, you're smart enough to call their offices and ask. Do you mean in a dorm? A classroom? If it's a service dog, then yes, they can't legally refuse. If you mean just as a pet, I'd bet you couldn't live in a dorm and keep the dog--but call the housing office and find out.

Do you have strange dreams because you eat dog food?

According to studies done by us at MIT, the enzyme chymotrypsin actively cleaves your DNA at various points. This enzyme is present in dog food in mass quantities. When you eat dog food, this enzyme passes through the blood-brain barrier up to your brain, where it hijacks neural circuits in the cerebral cortex. This alters you brain waves, causing you to have strange dreams. (source - I am an MIT student)
