I literally just had my nose cauterized. I don't believe there is anything wrong with it as long as you don't blow your nose... it creates pressure in the sinuses.
yes its totally save to take a shower with your nose piercing in
I pulled off my old burnt skin (from inside my nose) after 1 week.
Swelling of the eyes can be a common reaction to nasal cauterization from silver nitrate. Other common symptoms include runny nose, sinus pain and pressure of the gums.
it can eat and shower with it
Yes,taking a shower does help a stuffy nose. It makes it go away. I did it before and it works every time!
It normally takes about 3-4 weeks for it to fully heal and turn back to normal color.
Injudicious cauterization of both sides of the septum causes a perforated septum when death of nose tissue occurs.
You must of forgoten to take a shower today, or you forgot to put on some deodorant...ahhh summer days, try Lady Speed Stick
Standing in a hot shower can get rid of a clogged runny nose because of the steam, however, it does not last for a long period of time after the shower.
It will make you worse.
When you get your nose cauterized it does not hurt because the doctor puts a numbing thing in your nose on a cotton ball, After its done it took me about an hour to get my feeling back (the numbing stuff ran down my throat so it numbed my throat) and then I got a runny nose, then a blocked nose, runny nose, blocked nose, it keeps changing. People say " don't blow your nose for a week after it", but I got it done yesterday and I'm blowing my nose hard and nothing bad happened.
