Absolutely! Tylenol is probably one of the safer pain relievers and fever reducers. It will not interact with your BP medicine or make you feel jittery or nervous. Remember to follow the directions, though. Taking too much Tylenol can damage the liver.

i wouldn't suggest it.

Never mix anything with an ACE inhibitor without asking your doctor first. Beside, if you had a cardiac incident, you are likely on other meds as well.
