well. I took both together and the azithromycin definitely did not cure my bronchitis, and I do not feel any effect from my bupropion (normally I feel several effects). The effects quickly wore off. I also gained 6 pounds. I am going to call my psychiatrist tomorrow and talk to him about it.

Yes, you can take two antibiotics together. If you have a severe infection, your doctor might feel that a "double barreled" approach will work best. Just remember that antibiotics can cause diarrhea and stomach upset. Take all of your antibiotics to kill all the bacteria and not leave any hiding in your body!
