Azithroromycin is a macrolide antibiotic, typically used for upper respiratory infections. Fexofenadine is actually psuedoehpedrine, a drug that has many properties in common with stimulants such as amphetamine's, and is used as a decongestant. I see no inherent synergy or danger in using these two medications together, in the proper doses. As always, it's wise to verify what you see here with a pharmacist.

Yes, there's no problem in taking those 2 drugs together. Either the same day or at the same moment.
