yes you can as diclofenac is not paracetamol based. Although take care as they are both stong painkillers in their own right
Addendum: Dicoflenac is an anti-inflammatory, not an analgesic (painkiller). However, the reduction of inflammation will usually reduce pain.
I recently fractured a rib and my doctor subscribed me Co-Drydamol and Diclofenac. Codrydamol 2pills every 4 hours, for the pain (and to knock me out apparently) and Diclofenac one pill every 8 hours for the inflammation I would obviously check with your doctor before mixing these but in my experience there have been no side affects from the combination Diclofenac is also supposed to give you mild diarrhea which should help cancel the constipation effects of the codeine, this is not the case - its like sh*tting concrete with bits of glass in......enjoy!

can you take co codamol with erythromycin
ask your GP
You can but you should be aware that sodium diclofenac can reduce the bioavailability and hence the effectiveness of amoxicillin
Yes, Diclofenac and Omeprazole are quite often prescribed together by GP'S as the Omeprazole is a stomach acid inhibitor and offers some protection from the possibility of stomach irritation which can be caused by the Diclofenac, which is a NSAID.
can you take co codamol 30/500 and propranolol together
is it safe to take topiramate with co codamol, diazepam ,naproxen and lanszoprazole together
There is no logic behind mixing to drugs. You can take them together. Penicillin will be absorbed in the stomach and diclofenac is usually enteric coated. Diclofenac will be released in the small intestine and absorbed from there.
