The ramipril and bisoprolol act to control your blood pressure. Assuming you regularly take these and that your blood pressure is within normal limits, then yes you can take all three together. Co-dydramol will not alter the way the other drugs work or are handled by the body in any way. Bare in mind that co-dydramol contains 500mg of paracetamol per tablet though, so you should not take more than 8 tablets in a 24 period.
