You can, but breasts will continue to grow naturally into a woman's mid-20s or so. Taking hormones as a teen can possibly cause more damage than benefit. If, by your 20s, you are still un-happy with your breast size, then would be a better option as to looking into alternatives and methods at which to increase it.
That is only prescribed if you are around 17yo and has not hit puberty yet. It's dangerous and have side effects to eat hormones.

Breast size is determined by body fat, hormones, and DNA. To increase the size of the breast you can gain weight or have surgery. Otherwise, no cream, drink, food, pill, or exercise will increase the size of a breast. A good bra can help shape and firm it, though.

The body produces hormones that act on breasts and sexual organs. These are sex hormones, and both sexes have them. Although stories abound that certain foods, exercises, etc. will increase breast and penis size, these are myths. Only sex hormones produce changes in size, including during pregnancy when the breasts increase in size. Also, overall weight increases size all over, including breast tissue, but that often means being significantly overweight.
Breasts cannot be grown beyond puberty or pregnancy-induced hormones. It is a part of the body which is not able to change in size without an arsenal of hormones produced by the body. The only insured way to increase size would be to get artificial breast implants.
No its hormones. If you're pregnant the body releases the hormones to increase the breast milk to feed a baby.
Pregnancy and increase of certain hormones can make breasts bigger, but only temporarily.
Breast growth primarily rests with increasing levels of the "sex" (estrogen) and growth hormones. What we eat cannot increase or decrease breast size, unless the cows were fed high levels of hormones before butchering. Men's breasts can increase if affected by cancer.
