I had lower back surgery 9/11/09. For the 1st month after the surgery I was given percocet. About a week ago after I had finshed the percocet I was prescribed Lorcet 10/650 and ibuprofen 800
I take 1 Lorcet 10/650 pill every 6 hours, 1 Ibupofen 800 every 8 hours. So far seems to be working well.

Is it ok to take tynenol right after taking lorcet?
I would not recommend taking Tylenol after lorcet. Lorcet contains hydrocodone and acetaminophen, and Tylenol is acetaminophen. Taking both may result in too much acetaminophen. The max dose of acetaminophen per day is 4 gm. Taking more than 4 grams can be harmful to your liver. If the lorcet is not relieving your pain, you can take ibuprofen or you may need to let your doctor know that the lorcet is not relieving your pain.
If im taking lorcet and im prescribed vicodin and not prescribed lorcet will it make a difference on a drug test?
If you do not have a script for the Lorcet, then yes. If you are taking anything you do not have a prescription for, you will be considered an abuser of prescription drugs.
