∙ 12y agoMersyndol - no matter which dosage you take (day/night etc) contains at minimum acetaminophen and codeine, and the night time ones have an analgesic in them too.
As long as ibuprofen can be taken with those medications, there is no problem in taking advil with mersyndol.
