Yes it is ok to take those medications together. I recommend taking the diclofenac with food to avoid stomach upset, and avoid drinking alcohol while taking metronidazole to avoid a disulfiram reaction. A disulfiram reaction would make your body unable to break down the alcohol, and you will become severely sick.

This is a common combination given to pregnant women who require broad spectrum antibiotics.

You mean metronidazole? There should not be any problems, but you have to check with your pharmacist before if you take other medications too.
