I used to take vicodon i really didnt care for it as much as percocet. but, morphine- way better!!
Oxycontin and Percocet are both oxycodone not morphine or hydromorphone.
Morphine will reduce the withdrawal symotoms, but will do nothing toward detoxing from the percocet, since both are opiates. You will simply go into withdrawal again when the morphine wears off. You need to be detoxed in a medical setting.
percocet, morphine, roxy, she pretty much take opiates of all kind
i take Percocet and morphine, but not daulidid and daulidid is showing up in urine
It is not recommended that you take Neurontin with Neurobian.
yes trust me they do i have been there and done that it does just don't take the test
im allergic to morphine and even tho i hydrocodone(vicodin) and the sorts metabolize into morphine in the liver i can still take it or oxycodone(percocet) also the medicine hydromophone ( dilaudid) is good for heavy pain and is what hospitals give to patients allergic to morphine.
Most probably. However, there are subtle differences that may allow you to take codeine. There are other opioids that you may be able to take. Hydrocodone (Vicodin) and oxycodone (Percocet) may work for you. You might also consider tramadol which is totally synthetic. Good Luck.
It all depends on what exactly your allergic to. If you are allergic to all opiates, than NO, you cannot take methadone, but if you are allergic to a certain chemical in morphine than you can take methadone because it is a different type of opiate and it is synthetic. But I would consult your physician before taking another opiate like methadone if you are allergic to morphine. But for example, my friend was allergic to "Percocet" because of the acetaminophen that is mixed in with the pill, but he was able to take oxycontin, which is the same drug as is used in percocet, because the acetaminophen was absent.
I am not a physican of any sort but I am also allergic to morphine. When I had lung surgery I was given morphine and I broke out in a real bad rash and hives. A couple years later I was in a pretty bad car accident and was prescribed percocet. Since then I have been prescribed it on 3 other occasions over the years and every time I take the percocet I have no problems at all with it. With that said, I would say that you can take percocet if your allergic to morphine. I hope that helps, but of course I would speak with a Dr first before anything. I am also not a physician or anything for that matter but i'd just like to add to this. I have an allergic reaction to morphine and have tried numerous other medications and i was prescribed Oxycontin which is i think what your referring to as percocet or the same family and i have the exact same side effects. My skin feels like its crawling and is that itchy i want to scratch it off. I also get bad nausea and dizziness. Just thought i'd add this for others to read
Yes, You can.
