The combination of Dextroamphetamine salts in Adderall will not interact with benadryl. The benadryl will "cancel out" the effects of the Adderall.
This is a lie! I took ONE 30mg adderall around 8:30pm on Thursday night, after being awake until 3am that night i took 4 benadryl in hopes of getting some sleep.. the benadryl never worked, and now it Saturday and I have YET to get even 5 minutes of sleep. I feel terrible... I don't recommend mixing the two to anyone!

∙ 15y agoThere is a great long list of medications that you shouldn't take with Adderall. You should do some research on what you can and cannot take. Keep in mind not to take it with Sudafed PE, which is one of the Sinus medicines there are out there. If you are uncertain of what you can take, ask your local pharmacist at any pharmacy and ask them what you can take for sinus at night with Adderall. They will be able to give you a recommendation and tell you what NOT to take it with.
