Hmmmm, according to Wikipedia Paracetamol is the leading cause of acute liver failure in the U.S. and elsewhere and is responsible for most of the drug overdoses in the U.S. It's a pain reliever, as is serrapeptase. Seems little reason to use both at the same time. If the serrapeptase doesn 't work, then go back to the Paracetamol.

BUT, since serrapeptase's action is to digest certain non-living proteins, it seems unlikely that it would be affected or would affect these two drugs.
