I always reverted back to my nightly habit (couldn't sleep without it). Finally, I saw an addiction psychiatrist who stopped the Lunesta, put me on 10mg/day Klonopin (to control withdrawal anxiety) and 30mg Remeron at bedtime. Every week she would reduce my daily Klonopin intake by 0.5mg. after 20 weeks, I was clear of Lunesta AND Klonopin.
