Yes, I've been prescribed singular for over a year now and have had to take double or triple doses of Advil PM as a sleep aid this year. Never encountered any problems. As these two drugs do not potentiate eachother, you won't all of a sudden feel stron effects or anything of that sort. Just be careful to avoid taking large amounts of advil.

Yes, this is fine. Acetaminophen is a pretty safe drug. Just follow the directions on the package and don't take more than recommended. Overdosing on acetaminophen can damage the liver.
