It depends on what you are using it for, migraines vs epilepsy.
If there are other drugs available to control your seizure disorder, your doctor may suggest using it. But as with all things during pregnancy, the risks and benefits must be weighed. A pregnant woman who has seizures maybe at a greater risk of harming herself and her baby than possible side effects of the drug.
If you are using it for migraines your doctor will likely suggest another drug.
Topamax has a C rating - There are no studies using TOPAMAX in pregnant women.
