Ok i have only seen the girl, but you go in the house, go up the stairs, find the room with the glowing eyes picture. then, you enter the room, then leave the room. repeat about 5-8 times. then a little girl will look at you in the other room. she will look away, and go out (P.S: 1 you cant chase her no matter what even with a walk anywhere AR cheat 2 she will NOT kill your Pokemon, because that would be wrong and disterbing, and 3 the room with the eyes is the one in the middle of the right half of the rooms) Happy little-girl-ghost-sighting!
To find the butler you go in and out of the door that leads the the dinning room about 10 times ( if it doesnt work do it more) and then youll see him sitting down then hell float away...

∙ 15y agoFirst, talk to the statue in the foyer. Then go through the door next to it. A ghost of an old man will be across the room, then will float away. The second ghost is on the 2nd floor. Go to the second room on the right(known as the eye room). A ghost of a little girl will be in the other room. Also, for a rare Pokemon(if you have the national dex), go to the tv room on the second floor (second room on the right) and talk to it, then bump the TV. A Rotom should come out of he TV. It is at level 15. Ive tried to see the ghost of the old man, but hes not there! I already talked to the statue.

Put the cheat on that you can walk through whatever you want and then you must go up like 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 steps but you get to see them and the rest of the ghosts! The is Papa (The old man/butler), Mina (The little girl), Jamie (The brother of Mina and son of Daniel), Daniel (Dad and Papa's son), Lucey (Mina and Jamie's mother and Daniel's wife), Gandmama (Papa's wife and Daniel's mother). That's all of 'em'!

they are ghosts and the only reason those Japanese people put them on there was to try and freak you out and make it seem haunted. Nice try, but seriously.
