Do never ever put them together!
The rabbit will try to mate the guinea pig but apsoluply the only thing he\she das is kill her\him.
Actually rabbits an guinea pigs are fine together. But maybe the female guinea pig is felling lonely being the only kind in the cage. Or maybe its because the rabbit just doesn't like the guinea pig. If it's possible you can try getting another female guinea pig or separating the the guinea pig and rabbits.
Kuromi is My melody's rival. Apparently Kuromi is a rabbit, just like My Melody. Strange looking rabbit, isn't it?
Well I have 2 Abyssinian guinea pigs and there is no like Abyssinian guinea pig store as far as I know so I guess just keep looking
No they cannot have babys together just like humans can not have babys with cats or dogs, monkeys or horses. there commplety different animals.if you did try to breed a male guinea pig with rabbit, the rabbit might want to be pregnent and will pull out all her fur to make a nest, but there will be NO babys.if you try to breed a male rabbit with female guinea pig, the guinea pig can be seriusly injerd as the rabbit is way to big for the guinea pig.ANSWER:No they can not have babys together!thank you hope i helped
I like the guinea pig because it doesn't pee out the side of the cage. It also can be kept inside during colder weather. If you have a barn and it is temperate a rabbit seems to be rather easy.
It is best that guinea pigs are kept with other guinea pigs rather than rabbits as rabbits do not speak "cavy" and guinea pigs like to have others of their own species to talk to. Rabbits tend to spray, and guinea pigs are animals that like to be clean and as hygienic as possible. They also cant share food, as rabbit food contains an anti-coccidostat (ACS) which will shorten a guinea pigs lifespan by poisoning it's internal organs. Although they would probably be OK together, it will be better for the guinea pig if they are kept apart- having said that, there are cases of rabbits and guinea pigs getting on very well and living happily together. It depends on how the guinea pig and the rabbit get on. Hope this was helpful :)
37 and 2 wilubas have fun looking up Morocco, capitial is RABAT!(NOT LIKE A rabbit for easter just r.a.b.a.t.)
a guinea pig is absolutely bigger than a hamster hamsters are nearly the same size as mice only just bigger. a guinea pig just overtakes the rabbit and it is quite large for a small pet animal. they behave a lot differently to hamsters as well and behave more like rabbits. yesGuinea pigs are bigger. A hamster is maybe the size of one baseball while a guinea pig will be like 3-4 baseballs long.
Just like humans, guinea pigs vary in size :)
Ya. They like guinea pig just as much as they like any other animal.
Yes, usually a pregnant guinea pig develops a pear shape when it is pregnant. Message me with any other guinea pig or rabbit questions!! :D Jillian
You can. Rabbit pellets and guinea pig pellets are essentially the same thing. Guinea pig pellest usually have vitamin C included in their ingredients...which is an essential vitamin for a guinea pig to consume. Other animals, like rabbits, horses etc, make their own vitamin C but guinea pigs don't, so like us, they need to consume it by eating things like apples. My recommendation is that you buy guinea pig pellets; rabbits can eat them as well and you make sure your pig is getting what it needs.
