Depends on your hiring terms. For most it would not be a problem at all. But for a select few who might be asked to do undercover work, it might not be allowed.

If you're not a CIA employee, claiming to work for the CIA is not a good idea. On the personal level, it's dishonest. It's also illegal to claim to be a federal agent without actually being one.
