Yes, you can.
You can do this with call barring, it is built into your phone.
Settings > Additional Settings > Call Barring
you can only bar a specific number from calling your cellphone IF your cellphone has an option to block it. look at your setting if it is available. if there is none, then there is no way for you to do that unless you need to make a request from your carrier to do that and might need a monthly charge, i guess, depending on your carrier
There's a caller ID system where in numbers not included in your preset list of contacts are automatically directed to your voice mail or callers would even hear a busy tone. This call blocking/screening set up is may be customized according to your call blocking preference. You need to talk to your phone service provider.
well you can block incoming calls but idk if you can totally block one number.. that's something you can ask your service provider.

it means that the person calling is not wanting you to know there number
Go on the website of your service provider, log in or set up account. You will need the main cell phone # of the cell account & account # located on cell bill. Go to either settings, preferences or personalive (if there are more than 1 # on the account be sure u r making changes to the right phone). There will be an opption to block #s. Type it in & save
Type "*67" before the number.
settings-->Phone settings--->security---> enter your 4 digit code (usually, the last four(4) numbers of your cell phone number--->restrictions-->calls--->and set both incoming and outgoing calls to "allow all". If your phone is already locked then you will have to enter your 4 digits of your cell phone number (your security code).
Just that - incoming calls. When someone calls your mobile phone number, this also eats up your 'anytime' minutes during peak use times.
To block a number on 'at' - you have to call your credit number, and you credit number should give you some options. It should say, and for anything else please press (for example) 4. Press this, then press 5. And it will ask you if you want to unlock your phone, or block a number. Press 2 to block a number, then click options, keypad, type in number, then you click phonebook, and click the number you want to block. Then give your details to pay £5 Or $7 to block a number. :] Hope This Helps!
Yes It Is Possible Something could be wrong with your phone or there could be a signal error
