During many court cases, psychiatric notes would be released to show how a patient was during a given time. These notes are used to either help the defendant or go against the defendant's story.
Rhetoric Dont listen to the other answer, I just did the quiz loll
Generally, there is no need to sign your name 'John Doe, BA', and it would seem a little arrogant to do so. Even in professional settings, it is not appropriate to do it unless there are requirements to indicate your level of credentials when signing off on progress notes you have written documenting your provision of service to clients, for example. In the case of progress notes, you would certainly have to be under the supervision of someone with a higher degree, and the credentials of everyone signing should be included on the notes. In short, I would just sign my name as I always did unless I am in a professional setting where I am told to use a credential. As an example, I think even a PhD would be a little pompous to sign a guest book in a funeral home with the PhD after the name. It's not as if the person is there to offer a brief college course to the bereaved attending the wake.
The past tense of "think" would be "thought".
People may pass notes about others in class to gossip, share information, or make comments without others overhearing. It can be a way to communicate discreetly or to bond with others over shared opinions or observations.
Lots I would imagine. Many government agencies are looking for people to work with such a degree. Or you can do private practice under supervision, depending on the license laws of the state or country you are in I guess. Or perhaps work in a school setting. Sounds like a cool degree!

I would have to advise against it. Anyone who is composing suicide notes, even if they are presented as fictional, would be suspected of being clinically depressed and in need of psychiatric help of some kind. Suicide is a very sensitive subject. Use something else for your HS audition.
i dont think you can even if you can what would the notes be?
Notes can be a noun or a verb. Verb would be "He notes that the water was dripping." Noun would be "He took notes."

You have to study to be able to get a 100. You should study your science notes, and then maybe have some one quiz you from what your notes say. I think that would help get a 100. =) I hope this helps you.
A person would have to be an imbecile to have anything to do with the psychiatric industry!
No legitimate psychiatric organization would try and prevent people from asking sound, legitimate questions about psychiatry.
Your question is very broad. Psychiatry is a large medical field and more details would be need to answer your specific need. The best suggestion would be to visit your doctor and ask their opinion on which psychiatric solution would suit your needs.
It isn't a song. The letters of the notes spell out something. If it plays the notes c,a,b. Then the answer would be cab.
If you're taking the class I think you are, according to your notes and other sources the answer would be either the endosteum or the periosteum
"Bloc-notes" is singular. The plural would be "blocs-notes".
