No, you should leave it for a couple of days to acclimatise.
Really you can't touch a hamster until its left the mother at 2 weeks. To be safe I would say to leave it another day or two before you do.
You should wait until they have opened their eyes. If you touch them sooner you'll get your scent on them and momma hamster may not recognize them and eat them.
