Yes. You could actually touch them 24 hours after they are born if the mouse knows your scent, either way i would recommend to touch them all so they all smell the same, if you only touch one or not touch one the mother will prob push the baby that doesnt smell the same out of the nest. good luck
Baby mice are pink because they haven'tgrown fur.after 1 or 2 weeks they grow there fur.
no way!! mice need to be at least 4 weeks old til they ;eave their mum. at 2 weeks they still occasionally suckle and need to be with their mum and siblings.
At two to three weeks old they can start weanning at 3 weeks they can start mating at 4 weeks
If you touch a hamsters babies before you are allowed to, (2-3 weeks usually) the mother will eat it.
After about two to three days you should pick the mice up but make sure the mother and father are not there. After about 2 weeks the mice will open There eyes and start to walk around a little. * mice will be very jumpy and should be separated so they do not breed.
They can see they can walk they have Little paw little nose they have same far On them
If they are both over 3 weeks of age, yes, they will breed, & you will have up to 20 baby mice to deal with!
My baby mice started eating seeds and popcorn at 3 weeks old. When they start exploring and trying to eat food they can probably be separated from their mom as well.
If you want it to have the chances of being eaten or abandoned, go ahead.
You can start handling them when they are about 2-3 weeks old. Do not touch them before then or the mom might eat them
Mice are too small for you to tell their gender when they are only two weeks old. When they get a little older, you can look under their tails for signs. Males will have two distinct openings, with a bit of space between them. Females have what looks more like one long opening, but is actually two openings that are very close together.
