Yes. If you use a tow strap and another driver in the Sunfire, you can tow it home
or to a repair shop. Naturally, the car must be in neutral. NOTE that if the engine
does not run, you will not have power brakes. Braking will be very hard. I consider
this a dangerous procedure.
If you plan to tow the car a long distance, you should rent
a tow dolly from one of the rent-a-truck places. They will
instruct you as to it's proper use.
Because the Sunfire is a front wheel drive vehicle, you
want the front wheels up for any extended towing.
