Yes, but you will certainly stress the van to the point that you'll damage major drive train components: brakes, engine, transmission, and remember, just because you can make it move forward does not mean that you can stop it. Oh, almost forgot, you will also be putting your family/friends at very real risk of death when this boat, perhaps heavier than your minivan, passes you on a corner, or in a good cross wind. You might be able to get away with it once under pristine conditions, but any emergency that happens will leave you in deep trouble. SERIOUSLY !!! Please call either a dealer for your minivan, or a reputable hitch dealer to figure out what you need to do to tow this boat safely.
