Yes, you can tow a Mazda 3 with a motor home, but it depends on the specific model and year of the vehicle. Some Mazda 3 models can be flat-towed (towed with all four wheels on the ground) if they meet certain conditions, while others may require a dolly or trailer. Always consult the owner's manual for the Mazda 3 and check local towing regulations to ensure safe and legal towing practices.
The Tribute can tow up to 3500 lbs. If the Mazda 3 + any trailer you hitch it to is less than that, yea.
The best way to tow any vehicle behind any motor home is a trailer for so many reasons but two big reasons are, backing up the motor home with the towed vehicle attached and double maintenance on the towed auto plus motor home. Trust me your WAY ahead with the trailer .... PLUS, you will need a class 3 hitch installed on the back of your motor home.
yes but you need different motor mounts
No it has a Timing chain
The starter is placed center under the Mazda 3 for easy access to the battery connection and the flywheel. You need to remove the plastic shroud under the car to reach it.
i own a Mazda 5 also, and wonder the same question. i would like to tow a small boat. it says in the manual never tow with the Mazda 5. however in europien countries the Mazda 5 is rated to tow i think it was 2000 pound. ive done some web surfing and some people say they don't rate it to tow in the us because of liability reasons. look online and you can find 3 or 4 diffrent brand receiver hitches made for the Mazda 5. curt, reese, draw tight just to name a few. my small boat weighs 1400 pounds. if they tow with the same vehicle in Europe why cant we do it here. i think i am going to order the draw tight hitch along with the trailer wire harness and pull my little boat. its 1400 pounds. i don't think i would pull a whole lot more weight than that though.
if it's the Isuzu motor it's self bleeding, turn the motor for 5 seconds, leave for 3 mins and repeat. or tow it off.
I had it done at the dealer, it was $260 for front mount on passenger side.
There are 6 plugs total three are at the front of the motor and are easy to get to the other 3 are at the back of the motor un the manifold.

To remove the blower motor on a 2006 Mazda 3, first disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Then, remove the passenger side lower dashboard panel to access the blower motor. Disconnect the electrical connector and the mounting screws, and then pull the blower motor out. For installation, simply reverse the steps: insert the new blower motor, secure it with screws, reconnect the electrical connector, and reattach the dashboard panel.
Darren Tow is 6' 3".
