Is it possible to trade Pokemon from Pokemon FireRed to XD and or XD to Pokemon FireRed?

Yes, you can, although you may need specific wires to connect the gamecube to the gameboy I suggest you go to Gamefaqs.com and find Pokemon Emerald and create an account to ask a question on there about the wires you may need, as of which those boards are likely pending, rather than this website. (No offence)
Once you know the type of wires I suggest you Google it, if no results, then go to your local GameStop or ask more people on Gamefaqs.com

∙ 12y agoYes there are places called pokespots put pokesnacks onto the pokefeeder and wait until the spot monitor goes off go to the area where you put the snacks and you will find a random Pokemon ranging from: Hoppip, Surskit in the oasis area, Trapinch, Bonsly (if your doing the mission), Gligar, Sandshrew in the desert area, Aron, Zubat in the cave area also randomly a munchlax will appear.
