if it says that you cannot trade the Pokemon then it usually means that the Pokemon that you are trying to trade to Pokemon crystal is not available in that version. and since you cant trade Pokemon that haven't been discovered yet in Pokemon crystal from newer versions well its like trying to explain to a caveman what a Iphone is it hasent been invented or discovered yet so they dont know what it is or how to use it

If you are migrating Pokemon that evolve by trade you may have to attach an item to it and then trade for it to evolve. Pokemon such as onix and scyther evolve when you trade them while they are holding a metal coat. Abra and machoke evolve when you trade them but holding no item.

How come on Pokemon gts some Pokemon look like cyindaquill?
Maybe you looked for a Pokémon and the person offering that Pokémon wanted a Cyndaquil. If a Pokémon has already been traded, the Pokémon still shows, up on the GTS except the picture is what was traded for it. You can't trade them though, because they already have been traded. Or maybe there is a Pokémon that looked like Cyndaquil. I can't think what it would be but try looking through a sprite sheet and look for it.
