you need to go to the Verizon store and ask them to do it for you. but... :/ they should have done it when you bought the phone. unless you bought the phone somewhere other then the store.
Good luck, and have fun with your new phone!

You can transfer them using a PC, and a USB cable. MOST phones have software avaiable to do just what you're asking. Use the software (contact the phone companies concerned) to export your contacts from the Verizon to the PC, then from the PC to the iPhone.
Alternatively - if they BOTH have bluetooth capabilities, use that method to transfer wirelessly.
If they were only stored in the internal memory, than no. You have to have the card or memory from the phone to transfer them. If you had a smart phone and had a cloud type service turned on for your contacts, you should be able to log in and download them over.

Providers can help you to copy and transfer contacts. But can't between different Providers. Some software tools fill the gap. They could transfer contacts and other data between any phone. Fully compatible with major providers like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile.

If so you should always have your phone company Sprint , T-Mobile , Verizon etc to transfer all your contacts with there wonderful machine . Also if you don't really want to go to your phone company I believe a good place is Radio Shack !
