If you are talking about the stupid safety modification when the door is open trying to backup the horn blows, You Can't. That was a safety issue because someone was stupid enough to let his truck run over him when it was not in park and he got out.
I brought my truck into the shop and they did not ask before performing this safety computer upgrade and it cannot be removed.
