Yes, but only if you have the new expansion pack Late Night. Once you have installed that pack meet new people if there picture is surrounded in red it means they are a vampire. Once you are friends with them you can ask to turn (when click on the vampire sim click friendly) that will turn you into a Vampire- it takes a couple days, so be patient. If your friends with them they will bite your wrist if your best friends or married with them they will bite your neck. If your not friends with them they will refuse to bite you. Hope this helps :)
